Looking to Return your Order?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us with 14 days of receiving your order, the goods must be returned within 14 days of us receiving this notification. If you don't meet these conditions unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed after we have received the damaged goods, you should receive an email confirming your refund. Your bank may take up to 3-5 working days to process the payment.

If you want to return any part of your order please contact us via email or phone before returning, we will work with you to process either a replacement or a refund as soon as we can. 

Returns other than in the event of a damaged or faulty item will need to be returned by the customer at their own expense. The Film Cell will refund the cost of returns postage only on damaged or faulty goods during transit.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
