Splinter - The father of the group, Splinter adoped the Turtles as his own after the Turtles mutated and has tought the Turles everything they know. Splinter is a Ninjutsu legend and is a master of Martial Arts.

Shredder, the leader of the foot clan is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arch-enemy. Where there is trouble Shredder and his foot soliders are usually not too far away.
